Another Small Finish

This week I finished a quick knitting project – slippers for one of the nieces for Christmas. The pattern is from an old Family Circle magazine and there were also bunny slippers and other cute choices, but these ones seemed to be warm and comfortable (and this niece is not a bunny slipper kind of girl :)).

So, one quick Christmas gift complete – she is a first year university student and I decided since dorms are always cold in the winter and university students are always hungry, slippers and a gift card for groceries would be a suitable choice!

There has been more knitting than quilting going on around here lately so hopefully a quilt finish for next time, but in the meantime, this is another finish so linking up to Finish-it-up-Friday over at CrazyMomQuilts.
